Sawmill Hollow at Thousand Acres features 1.5 acres of gently sloping wooded lakefront lots with westerly exposure and type A dock permits. This area was developed in the early 1980's and is very private with several nice custom homes completed. The buffer strip boundary is very close to the water. The picturesque view extends towards Four Hoopole Cove. The common area is 200' and is owned by the four lake-access lot owners. Sawmill Hollow Road terminates at lake access lots so there will be no further development in this area.
Visiting Sawmill Hollow
From Sky Valley Road, go through the Thousand Acres main gate and take your first right. This is Little Snaggy Mountain Road. Continue about 1 mile and just over the top of the hill you will see Sawmill Hollow Road to the right.
